Job summary

Standard Bank Jersey is seeking a Management Information Systems Specialist to provide reporting, insights and analytics across multiple products and stages of the credit lifecycle. You will enable access to reports and dashboards, and support informed business decisions.

The role emphasizes automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, using BI tools and data visualisation. Applicants must be eligible to work in Jersey; relocation or sponsorship are not offered.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years experience in Data & Analytics.
• Experience with BI technologies and reporting tools; strong MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business to define goals and KPIs, and document Business Requirements.
• Create graphical reports using data visualisation tools to support timely decisions.
• Develop and automate reporting processes to reduce errors and improve quality.
• Identify data quality issues and propose alternatives to meet business needs.
• Consolidate data sources to ensure MI aligns with trusted data sources.
