Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for the UK market who will partner with the account sales team and partners to understand customer needs and demonstrate Snowflake value across the sales cycle.

You will translate complex data challenges into Snowflake-based solutions, engaging with technical and business audiences while continually learning about new capabilities to accelerate customer success.

Qualifications

• Solution engineering/solution architect experience in a SaaS environment or related analytics domain.
• Outstanding presentation skills to technical and executive audiences, including whiteboard demos.
• Understanding of data architecture, data analytics and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Ability to translate features into business solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake’s technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
• Hands-on with prospects to demonstrate Snowflake value from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation.
• Develop technical champions in accounts to drive deals and achieve a technical win.
• Present Snowflake roadmap features and functionality to customers and prospects.
• Stay on the cutting edge of Snowflake tech and position Snowflake relative to competitors.
