Job summary

Snowflake UK is seeking a Solution Engineer to partner with account teams and channel partners to understand customer needs and guide them through evaluation to selection of Snowflake. You will translate complex data challenges into Snowflake-based solutions for both technical and business audiences.

You will work hands-on with prospects, demonstrate value, and help craft architectures that drive technical wins while continuously learning and expanding your skill set in a fast-moving data

Qualifications

• Solution engineering/architect role in SaaS or related analytics domain.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Solid knowledge of data architecture, analytics and cloud tech.
• Hands-on SQL experience and data-centric problem solving.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake’s technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
• Demonstrate Snowflake value during the sales cycle from demo to POC to implementation.
• Build technical champions within accounts to drive deals.
• Stay at the forefront of Snowflake tech and roadmap features for customers.
• Understand competitive landscape and position Snowflake effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, PM, Eng, and Marketing to improve products and messaging.
• Represent Snowflake at industry events and customer forums.
• Work with partners to design joint architectures and account strategies.
