About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically astute Senior Solution Architect to join our team for a critical SAP Finance Systems Transformation project. This role demands an individual with deep expertise in SAP Finance solutions, integration architectures, and enterprise-level design principles.

This is a key opportunity to contribute to a major transformation initiative within a leading global organization. You’ll help shape and deliver complex SAP solutions that support strategic business goals and drive innovation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Design and define the overall SAP Finance solution architecture, including system landscape, integration, data flows, and security.
• Requirement Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams to capture business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Integration Design: Develop and implement integration strategies across enterprise systems such as CRM, SCM, and data warehouses.
• Data Migration: Lead the design of data migration strategies including cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure the architecture meets security and compliance standards, especially for financial data protection.
• Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance improvement and ensure scalability of the solution.
• Documentation & Governance: Produce detailed architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration guidelines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, security, and other architecture teams to maintain a cohesive IT landscape.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay up to date with SAP advancements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business value.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with substantial exposure to SAP Finance implementations
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance modules (RAR, CATS, BW, BODS) and related integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI, APIs)
• Hands-on experience with database platforms such as SAP HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server
• Familiarity with security best practices in SAP environments
• Experience with SAP in cloud deployments (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud) is a strong advantage
• SAP certifications in relevant areas are highly desirable
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
