Qualificações

• Significant experience as a Solution Architect with a proven track record delivering complex solutions in retail or similar complex environments.
• Strong architectural judgement balancing business, operations and technical considerations while guiding decisions.
• Passion for people leadership, coaching, mentoring and developing others in an inclusive team.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Collaborative mindset focused on relationships, knowledge sharing and shared goals.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement across people and technology capabilities.
