Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Solution Architect to shape how technology supports our business, design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions, and build the architecture capability from the ground up. You'll work with senior IT leaders to drive governance, standards, and design patterns across infrastructure, applications, data, POS and cloud, translating complex concepts into actionable business guidance.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
Experience in Solution Architecture or senior technical design roles, preferably in multi-site environments.
Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and best practices.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the UK IT architecture landscape (infrastructure, apps, data, POS, cloud).
Develop and maintain architecture standards, principles and patterns.
Produce architecture artefacts (designs, ADRs, maps, data flows).
Identify technical debt, assess risks, and deliver remediation roadmaps.
Provide architecture leadership across IT change portfolio from concept to delivery.
Evaluate vendor/third-party solutions for fit and integration.
