Falcon Smart IT invites an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead the Bank's transformation wave in London. You will define end-to-end enterprise architecture strategy across payments, data, cloud and AI and partner with engineering and transformation teams to deliver tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

Senior-level enterprise architect with experience leading large-scale banking transformations.
Hands-on leadership bridging strategy and delivery across engineering and transformation teams.
Proven track record in multi-cloud, cloud-native architectures and event-driven design.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Bank's end-to-end enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap.
Establish architectural principles, standards, and target-state technology architectures across business and technology domains.
Align technology investments with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience leading enterprise architecture functions within banking or financial services.
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes.
Deep domain expertise in banking platforms, payments, FX, or high-volume processing environments.
