Qualifikationen

• Senior-level enterprise architect with experience leading large-scale banking transformations.
• Hands-on leadership bridging strategy and delivery across engineering and transformation teams.
• Proven track record in multi-cloud, cloud-native architectures and event-driven design.

• Define and own the Bank's end-to-end enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Establish architectural principles, standards, and target-state technology architectures across business and technology domains.
• Align technology investments with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Deep domain expertise in banking platforms, payments, FX, or high-volume processing environments.
