Komodo Law, a Brighton-based, remote-first firm, is seeking a Senior Solicitor to lead a busy caseload across personal injury, credit hire, and recoveries. You’ll manage files end-to-end, draft accurately, and push for fair settlements while mentoring others as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• SRA practising certificate in England and Wales with personal injury/credit hire experience.
• Working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and pre-action protocols.
• Experience managing large volumes of cases with strict deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Direct end-to-end caseload management from instruction to settlement.
• Provide empathetic guidance to drivers during vulnerable moments.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and letters of claim with accuracy.
• Prepare and file court bundles and support hearings.
• Collaborate with counsel and supervise junior team members as needed.
• Utilise case management systems to track deadlines and compliance.
