You will deliver high-quality client care, draft robust documents, and support tactical negotiation while upholding SRA standards. Remote-first UK role.

Qualifications

• Experience handling claimant personal injury, credit hire, and recoveries.
• Sound familiarity with CPR, pre-action protocols and portals.
• Ability to progress matters through early tracks with robust case prep.

Responsibilities

• Drive civil claims from initial instruction to settlement or final hearing.
• Deliver clear, timely legal advice to claimants, navigating sensitive matters.
• Prepare pleadings, court forms, letters of claim, witness statements, and settlements.
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate with counsel to secure driver-focused outcomes.
• Maintain Proclaim files, track limitation dates and deadlines per SRA standards.
• Share knowledge and support team development.
