Chadwick Nott is seeking a Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join its Consumer & Commercial Claims practice in Bristol. You will handle a broad range of contract-based disputes, take ownership of case strategy, and supervise junior colleagues in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in consumer & commercial contract claims.
• Ability to take ownership of cases and strategy.
• Experience supervising junior casehandlers.
• Flexibility in dealing with a wide range of clients and partners.
• Experience handling costs matters pre proceedings and through detailed assessment.
• Collaborative approach to team supervision and development.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide variety of consumer and commercial contract claims.
• Take full responsibility for case strategy and progression (with supervisory support).
