Interlink Talent Solutions is representing a leading international law firm in Manchester seeking an experienced Property Disputes Solicitor. The role focuses on leasehold enfranchisement, extensions, and Right to Manage matters, advising landlords, tenants, and investors.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, negotiate settlements, and contribute to business development while enjoying a hybrid working arrangement and private medical insurance from day one.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in freehold and leasehold enfranchisement.
• Strong knowledge of enfranchisement law and ability to advise clients.
• Commercial, proactive and client-focused with excellent communication.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Disputes Solicitor to join a leading international law firm in Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters, including statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and Right to Manage claims.
• Advise landlord, tenant and investor clients on a wide range of enfranchisement and residential property dispute issues.
• Negotiate settlements and provide strategic advice throughout the lifecycle of claims.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) and experience in freehold and leasehold enfranchisement.
• Strong technical knowledge of enfranchisement law and the ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and client-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Salary from £80,000, depending on experience, plus annual bonus scheme.
