Job summary

Constructive Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts/Project/Operations Manager for a Solar & Renewables division in the UK. You will manage multiple solar projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality standards while overseeing contracts, suppliers and teams.

The role emphasizes commercial awareness, leadership, and the ability to drive growth within the renewables sector.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing multiple construction or renewable energy projects.
Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains.
Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Good understanding of health & safety and construction regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Proactive, commercially minded approach.
Solar PV / renewable energy experience would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple solar PV and renewable energy projects from start to completion.
Oversee project delivery, programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
Manage contracts, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
Monitor project costs, budgets, variations and valuations.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Monitor programmes and ensure milestones are achieved.
Support growth and development of the Solar & Renewables division.
