Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited is seeking an experienced software architect to translate customer and product requirements into robust software solutions spanning embedded and application domains. You will collaborate across systems, software and hardware teams to deliver high-performance, user-focused solutions.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to software plans and milestones, and judiciously apply AI to improve development effectiveness while navigating complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

Experience in architecting software solutions spanning user, application and embedded domains.
Requirements development and management experience.
Ability to mentor others and share knowledge.
Strong communication with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
Experience solving undefined, complex systems issues.

Responsibilities
