Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited is seeking an experienced software architect to translate customer and product requirements into robust software solutions spanning embedded and application domains. You will collaborate across systems, software and hardware teams to deliver high-performance, user-focused solutions.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to software plans and milestones, and judiciously apply AI to improve development effectiveness while navigating complex technical challenges.
