Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.
• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable web applications and/or complex enterprise systems.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Node.js) and associated frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and architectural design skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Drive technical excellence, setting high standards for code quality, architecture, and best practices.

• Architect scalable, robust, and maintainable software systems.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery commitments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and approaches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during development and in production.
• Champion a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the team.
