Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Architectural Project Manager to lead the execution of diverse architectural projects from Randburg offices. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high design quality while supervising teams and coordinating stakeholders.

The role requires SACAP-registered architects with 8+ years in practice and 4+ years in project management, plus proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and Revit. Hybrid work is offered, with opportunities on flagship Gauteng projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of architectural practice experience.
• At least 4 years in project management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, risk management and contract law.
• Proficiency in design tools and project software (MS Project, Primavera, Revit).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of architectural projects from inception to handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Lead and motivate project teams; ensure collaboration and communication.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement and site supervision.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
