Job summary

Seccl is seeking a senior software engineer to design, build and run scalable financial workflow systems. You will work in a hybrid model with teams across London, Bath and Edinburgh, taking ownership from design through production and supporting regulated investment operations.

You will contribute to architecture, drive improvements, and mentor engineers while delivering high‑quality, testable software using TypeScript and Node.js in a cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production systems.
• Experience with AWS and serverless architectures across multi-region deployments.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical delivery in a build‑and‑run model.
