Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of senior C#/NET development experience.
• Background in financial markets, ideally equities.
• Experience building or supporting trading systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or a strong appetite to adopt them.
• Confident communicator who can work with traders and business stakeholders.
• Ambition to grow into technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance trading systems using C# and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with traders and business stakeholders to translate needs into robust solutions.
• Own delivery from architecture through to deployment.
• Help shape team practices and mentor peers as you move towards leadership.
