Job summary

Hozah in the UK offers fully remote roles or a London-based option near East Croydon Station. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own a product area, shaping architecture, quality, and delivery, with a small team and close collaboration with product and customers.

You will build with Kotlin on the backend and TypeScript on the frontend, using Spring Boot WebFlux, Next.js, React, Kubernetes, GCP, and Axon event sourcing.

Qualifications

• Shipped production code end to end in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Kotlin and TypeScript in a mixed stack.
• Comfortable using AI coding agents in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area from design to production with tests.
• Write acceptance criteria and verify post-release outcomes.
• Review pull requests and mentor peers.
• Participate in the on-call rota and ensure reliability of shipped features.
