Wise is expanding its MEA expansion team with Senior Software Engineers in London. You will help build onboarding and money movement capabilities for the MEA region by integrating with local banks and payment schemes while collaborating with global teams to shape KYC/KYB systems.

You will design, implement, review, and deploy scalable services, ensuring high-quality, compliant solutions aligned with regional regulatory efforts. The role emphasizes strong technical and product leadership.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, test, and deploy features for Onboarding and Money Movement in MEA scope.
• Implement integrations with local banks, payment providers, identity/verification vendors, and financial partners.
• Build, automate and improve FinCrime controls (AML, Fraud) across the region.
• Propose scalable, reliable, compliant designs across diverse regulations.
• Participate in reviews to maintain engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product, design and other global teams to align on vision and implementation.
• Contribute to MEA technical strategy and roadmap.
