Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with JVM languages (Java/Scala/Kotlin).
• Strong experience with Microsoft stack (.Net, SQL Server).
• Proficiency with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, Pandas).
• Experience in Agile and/waterfall lifecycles; writing tests and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with distributed systems, big data processing, and microservices.
• Ability to create design docs and maintain knowledge bases.
• Ability to mentor peers and contribute to code quality and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business analysts to understand complex requirements and craft designs.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects on solution design and estimates.
• Develop tasks per plan; contribute to peer reviews and documentation.
• Install, configure, and test software; support QA and operations teams.
• Provide guidance, training, and senior technical oversight across the team.
