The candidate should have 5+ years in software development (Java), experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
• 5+ years’ experience in software development with Java (JVM).
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructures across major cloud vendors.
• Knowledge of off-heap data structures and memory-mapped data structures.
• Experience with distributed systems, data streaming (Kafka) and big-data processing.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, XP, Kanban or Lean methodologies.
• Understanding of DevOps, secure software development (DevSecOps) and Git.

Responsibilities

• Engineer resilient Inter-Office integrations and workflows for automation and governance.
• Develop automation of test tooling and framework for the Inter-Office Trading platform.
• Onboard vendor tools, analyse requirements, and deploy solutions.
• Evolve automated test suite with MI/reporting and robust automation foundations.
• Communicate insights to IT and Business stakeholders; manage test environments.
