Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking a skilled software engineer in the UK to design, develop and test bespoke software solutions. You will build scalable applications using Java and AWS, work across the full stack with TypeScript/JavaScript/React, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

You will collaborate with clients in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Around 5-8 years commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong Java development experience.
• Strong AWS experience.
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript, JavaScript and React is highly desirable.
• Experience with modern software development practices and CI/CD.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of software design, development and testing.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
• Consultancy experience is desirable, particularly experience delivering bespoke software solutions.
• Must be able to obtain UK security clearance.
• Current SC clearance is preferred, although clearable candidates may also be considered.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: £37,000 - 68,500 per year
