Job summary

iCOMAT is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to enhance our in‑house software tools, including Python/C++ wrappers and automation interfaces for industrial CAD/CAE/CAM platforms.

You will help design, validate and release production‑standard software, collaborating with end users to refine requirements and deliver robust engineering software for aerospace, automotive, and space applications.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience (5+ years).
• Proficiency in C++ or C#, with C++ preferred.
• Experience with NumPy and SciPy libraries.
• Ability to develop tools for Windows and Linux.
• Industry software used by technical end users.
• Degree in computer science or STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel approaches to design and manufacturing problems.
• Contribute to in‑house software for CAD/CAE/CAM platforms.
• Build and maintain integration between software tools and external systems.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle from requirements to MVP validation and release.
