Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience on a team.
• Strong C++ debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of memory layout, padding, and cache considerations.
• Experience managing large codebases with multiple areas.
• Familiarity with source control workflows and maintaining stability.
• Proficient with GitHub and/or GitLab, including CI/CD usage.
• Ability to collaborate across studios and departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve codebases with high standards of quality and performance.
• Coordinate software releases across branches with production and engineering teams.
• Identify and resolve critical issues to maintain system stability.
• Drive release planning, deployment, and rollback procedures.
• Enhance build, test and release automation pipelines.
• Monitor health, performance, and KPIs post-release.
• Collaborate with Creator Platform and other teams on complex challenges.
