Job summary

You will maintain and improve codebases, drive release processes, and optimize performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Rockstar studios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on a software development team using C++.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding memory layout for padding and cache efficiency.
• Experience with GitLab or GitHub CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to work across departments and manage large codebases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve codebases with high quality and stability.
• Support release processes across branches with planning and coordination.
• Identify and resolve critical issues, ensuring system stability.
• Drive release planning, deployment, and rollback procedures.
• Enhance build, test, and release automation pipelines.
• Monitor platform health and performance post-release.
