Scale AI in Ashington is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems and distributed architectures for Federal customers.

You will own the full lifecycle of feature development from requirements through deployment on classified networks and orchestrate asynchronous agent fleets to meet mission requirements. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to ensure acceptance criteria are met.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of scalable backend systems.
• Manage full feature lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Direct orchestration of asynchronous agent fleets to meet mission needs.
• Lead customer engagements to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Own communications to ensure implementation meets acceptance criteria.
• Conduct technical reviews and identify risks in ML infra and model serving.
• Drive platform roadmap with technical specs for Federal product offerings.
