Scale AI is recruiting a Full Stack Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with public sector partners, rapidly building full‑stack AI applications that address critical citizen challenges.

You will shape technical strategy, architect production‑grade systems, and guide cloud infrastructure across global environments, ensuring secure, scalable solutions. This is a founding‑team level opportunity in the public sector AI space.

Formación

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of full-stack experience across Python, Node.js and React.
• Proven ability to design high-scale architectures on Kubernetes and cloud infra.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting complex, security-sensitive client environments.
• Track record building LLM-driven solutions and evolving technical roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the lead technical strategist for public sector engagements, converting ambiguous mission requirements into robust architectural roadmaps and guiding onsite implementation.
• Architect production-grade AI applications, defining how UIs, backends and models integrate at scale for reliable outcomes.
• Guide evolution of cloud infrastructure for global scalability and security across environments.
• Direct development of core platforms and shared services to solve cross-cutting needs for global clients.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to steer the technical roadmap and mentor staff to align with future-proof architecture.
• Bridge field learnings to reusable patterns powering the engineering team.
