Job summary

Ashdown Group is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join a high-growth tech business. Fully remote role with a focus on building secure, scalable APIs and distributed services using .NET and C#.

You will design, implement and optimize features in an Agile environment, mentor peers, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and help shape engineering standards while delivering high-quality code. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial experience in .NET and C#, and a hands-on approach to the codebase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial experience with .NET and C#
• Experience building APIs, services and distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows in Agile environment

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing features using modern .NET (C#)
• Translating business and regulatory requirements into robust solutions
• Collaborating with Product Owners to refine, size and estimate work
• Contributing to story pointing, estimation and sprint planning
• Leading technical investigations and resolving production issues
• Reviewing peer code for maintainability, performance and security
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Supporting secure integrations using certificate-based authentication
• Driving continuous improvement in quality, automation and engineering standards
