Qualifications

• Proven experience designing scalable, secure technology solutions aligned to organizational strategy.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary agile teams with engineers, product managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures on AWS and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience designing complex distributed systems for long-term maintainability and interoperability.
• Understanding of modern software development lifecycles, CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps practices.
• Ability to embed security, accessibility, performance and operational resilience into architectural designs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers and champion engineering best practices.
• Design, build and support secure, reliable digital services used by millions.
• Modernise large-scale systems into resilient, scalable cloud-based architectures.
