Qualifications

• Proven experience designing scalable, secure technology solutions aligned with strategy, standards and outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead within multidisciplinary agile teams to shape technical direction and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC approaches (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Experience designing complex distributed systems with maintainable, interoperable patterns and long-term fit.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary agile teams and mentor engineers.
• Design, build and support secure, reliable digital services used at scale.
• Modernise large-scale systems into resilient cloud-based architectures and drive architectural decisions.
