EverQuote in Belfast, NI is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for B2B Platform Services. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week, with responsibilities spanning planning, design, and implementation of scalable applications.

You will own large components, work across teams, and influence architecture while building cloud-based services. Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional programming experience, preferably in a software product company.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with TypeScript, Golang, Python, or other server-side languages.
• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver key business applications and solutions for EverQuote platforms.
• Enhance code quality and velocity using AI-assisted tooling and best practices.
• Follow software development processes while improving engineering culture.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Architecture teams across disciplines.
