Job summary

Base360.ai, backed by The Flex, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and scale the AI‑driven platform for short‑term rentals. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of APIs, automation engines, and AI powered workflows that connect reservations, pricing, payments, and guest experiences.

You will work with Python/FastAPI, React/TypeScript and cloud native infrastructure across AWS, OpenAI APIs, and multi‑tenant SaaS patterns. This remote‑first role offers ownership and rapid impact.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building production‑grade software systems.
• Experience with FastAPI, Python, React or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems and reliable data models.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale Base360.ai platform, including APIs, services, and automation engines.
• Build customer‑facing products, AI powered workflows, and integrations.
• Develop AI powered systems using LLMs and AI agents for guest communication and maintenance.
• Design API‑first architecture connecting internal services, booking channels, and partners.
• Scale cloud native infrastructure for reliability and global growth.
• Own projects end‑to‑end from problem understanding to deployment and improvement.
