Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior Software Developer for a fully remote role with occasional travel to London. The role focuses on hands-on design, development, testing, and deployment of production-grade software for regulatory and document-management applications.

Responsibilities include building features, integrating API-driven services, and implementing LLM-powered solutions with clear, auditable outputs. Strong C#/.NET and Azure expertise required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level software engineering experience with production systems.
• Strong hands-on C#/.NET and Azure cloud, including serverless and AI services.
• Experience building API-driven integrations and distributed systems.
• Practical experience with LLM-based solutions and cost management using Azure OpenAI.
• Proven ability to take prototypes to production and iterate.
• Ability to translate business needs to implementable deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features for regulatory, compliance, and document-management apps.
• Choose approaches combining deterministic rules, OCR, and generative AI with explainable outputs.
• Build and maintain LLM-powered capabilities, including prompts and datasets.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate domain knowledge into reusable components.
• Develop well-tested, maintainable code with CI/CD pipelines and docs.
• Apply secure-by-design principles and participate in peer reviews.
• Contribute to platform roadmap and cloud hosting decisions.
