Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in London is seeking a GenAI / NLP Engineer to support a major AI initiative in a regulated financial services environment. You will build production-grade AI solutions that extract, validate and interpret regulatory and compliance information from large document sets.

You will work with LLM, RAG and Agentic AI architectures, delivering governance and scalability within a highly regulated setting. The role is hybrid with 1-2 days onsite in London for an 8-10 week contract.

Qualifications

• Production GenAI / LLM applications delivered, not just PoCs.
• Expert in RAG architecture design and implementation.
• Experience extracting data from complex regulatory documents.
• Hands-on with Amazon Bedrock (or equivalent).
• Understanding AI governance, evaluation and testing methodologies.
• Excellent Python development skills.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AWS SDK, Textract, PyPDF, Unstructured.io.
• Familiar with CI/CD and MLOps practices.
• Experience designing multi-agent or tool-based AI workflows using Bedrock AgentCore, LangGraph, CrewAI.
• Strong experience with Amazon OpenSearch vector search.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end GenAI solutions for document intelligence and compliance automation.
• Develop production-grade RAG architectures for document-heavy workflows.
• Build NLP pipelines to process structured, semi-structured and unstructured documents.
• Leverage Amazon Bedrock and foundation models to create governed AI applications.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to measure extraction accuracy and model performance.
• Design multi-agent workflows for extraction, validation, scoring and routing processes.
• Build scalable vector search solutions using Amazon OpenSearch.
• Collaborate with business, compliance and technical stakeholders throughout delivery.
