Job summary

Coder is the leading platform for AI governance in developer tooling, enabling enterprises to securely run AI-enabled workflows in governed environments. You will join the AI Governance team and ship features across Go backend and React frontend, collaborating with enterprise customers and open‑source contributors.

In this role you design and build distributed Go services, integrate with VS Code and JetBrains, and help harden security boundaries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack experience in a professional setting, with 1+ year writing Go
• Proficiency in building distributed systems in Go
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills, with tenacity to drive to a conclusion
• Self-motivated with a creative and analytical mindset

Responsibilities

• Design and ship product features across the AI governance stack
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and partners like JetBrains to integrate tooling
• Document design, implementation, and operations for knowledge sharing
• Work with Customer Success teams to support enterprise users
• Build and harden secure, scalable Go services across the stack
• Iterate rapidly from prototype to production in a reactive team environment
