Job summary

Sadler Recruitment seeks a hands-on technologist bridging business analysis and software delivery to drive AI-enabled public sector solutions. You will translate client requirements into viable technical designs, mentor developers, and collaborate with architects, PMs and engineers.

You will build in C#/.NET on Azure, front-end in React, and implement AI features such as RAG and LLM integrations, ensuring secure, scalable outcomes for government, healthcare, and universities.

Qualifications

• Detailed coding experience with C#/.NET development.
• Experience adding AI features to an existing production system.
• Direct client-facing requirements work.
• Experience reviewing code and setting standards within a team.
• Public sector or regulated industry background.
• Consultancy or systems integrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Capture business requirements directly from client stakeholders
• Assess technical feasibility against budget and constraints
• Convert requirements into technical design and backlog items
• Build the application in C#, .NET, and Azure
• Build the front end in React
• Implement retrieval-based AI features (RAG, LLM integration, agentic workflows)
• Run sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Review code and set delivery standards
• Mentor other developers
