What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer, your work contributes to multiple teams. You will lead projects, collaborate across teams, and report to managers and group leads to deliver results.

Expectations

Technical Execution

Improve code structure and architecture, review team code, and maximize team efficiency through project planning, dependency management, and cross-disciplinary collaboration (e.g., PM, Experience). Promote visibility, operational readiness, and health of production systems.

Collaboration & Leadership

Lead by example in technical execution, build relationships with other engineering teams, and identify collaboration opportunities. Break down large tasks, guide design and implementation, influence the roadmap, and support team growth through hiring and mentorship.

Desired Experience (not mandatory but preferred)

• Pride in readable, well-designed, well-tested software
• Experience with web applications in languages such as Go, Ruby/Rails, Python, Scala, or Rust
• Practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with web architecture at scale (20k rpm and above)
• Knowledge of NoSQL data backends like Redis, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Memcached
