Perch Group is searching for a Software Configuration Analyst.

Salary: £30,000 plus up to 20% bonus.

This role is based at our Blackpool or Skipton office.

About Our Team

We provide data-driven services across the debt lifecycle, including BPO, debt collection, purchase, reconnection, and litigation.

As part of the Operational Transformation team, you will manage configuration changes to our internal systems, ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building workflows for account stages using decisions, results, and outcomes.
• Building and editing communication templates within the CRM using HTML and CSS.
• Configuring forms and pages within the CRM to display data appropriately.
• Troubleshooting and resolving CRM platform issues.
• Testing configuration changes.
• Developing and executing SQL queries for data management.
• Creating reports to provide business insights.
• Collaborating with developers on new features and workflows.
• Providing system support and improvements based on business needs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HTML and SQL is essential.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills across all levels.
