Job summary

Clini-Hub is building a multidisciplinary team to expand our secure, scalable and AI-enabled healthcare software. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will bring validated analytical workflows into robust production applications and help shape software used across testing and production settings.

You will design, build and operate production Python services on AWS, translate analytical requirements into robust APIs and user interfaces, and collaborate closely with clinical data science

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong production Python experience with FastAPI or similar API framework.
• Experience with AWS, containers and service-based or event-driven systems.
• Strong API design, automated testing, Git, code review and CI/CD practices.
• Experience moving analytical or prototype code into maintainable production systems.
• Clear technical communication across disciplines.
• Regulated, safety-critical, medical device or digital-health software experience.
• Healthcare interoperability knowledge including HL7 FHIR or UK Core.

• Collaborate closely with clinical data science to translate scientific and clinical requirements into software.
• Partner with cloud engineering on security, observability, performance and operational readiness.
• Produce clear requirements, design documentation and verification evidence for regulated development.
• Contribute to technical direction, code quality and product development engagement across the team.

What you will bring

• Typically 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent relevant technical ownership.
• Strong production Python experience, including FastAPI or a comparable API framework.
• Experience with AWS, containers and service-based or event-driven systems.
• Strong API design, automated testing, Git, code review and CI/CD practices.
• Experience moving analytical, scientific or prototype code into maintainable production systems.
• Clear technical communication and the ability to work across disciplines.
• Regulated, safety-critical, medical device or digital-health software experience.
• Healthcare interoperability knowledge, including HL7 FHIR or UK Core.
• Workflow orchestration, SQL, model-serving or data-validation experience.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and regulated software lifecycle standards.
