As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be working within the Development team, supporting them in delivering technical solutions and maintaining operational services.
You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of projects from initial requirements right through to delivery, working collaboratively with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that make a real difference. Much of the work involves large and complex geographic datasets, so you’ll need to be comfortable working with both data and software, making key decisions around data models, database design and system architecture. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining and improving existing production services, ensuring they remain reliable and efficient.
