Job summary

MASS is a global technology company delivering advanced, secure solutions. We seek a Senior Software Developer to provide in-hangar support for the NATO Joint Electronic Warfare Core Staff fleet and to develop, integrate and maintain EW software and hardware systems.

The role offers on-site work in a highly specialised environment, with opportunities to work across RF technologies, software, and hardware integration.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience developing, integrating and maintaining software systems.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or C# for EW software and GUI/MMI development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NATO Secret (NS) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide development, maintenance and training support for EW training assets.
• Undertake software and hardware modifications to enhance EW capabilities.
• Develop and maintain control software and GUIs/MMIs.
• Perform configuration management for customer source code and EW applications.
• Support trials, evaluations and exercises, including deployments as needed.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues within complex EW systems.
