Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join the automation infrastructure team. You will design, build, and maintain the automation platform that runs large-scale test execution across Linux and Windows environments and hardware emulation platforms.

You will focus on the framework, execution engine, CI pipelines, scheduling, and reporting that surface results for validation, design, and tools teams, enabling qualification of next-gen AMD products across markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/CE/EE required.
• Experience with Linux and Windows test automation.
• Familiarity with CI systems (Jenkins, GitLab).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/Regression environments that run large-scale test suites across Linux and Windows.
• Design and maintain a scalable execution engine to utilize machine/storage resources.
• Design and maintain databases to manage assets, releases, and results.
• Integrate hardware emulation platforms as an execution target within the automation flow.
• Improve the validation automation infrastructure and ecosystem.
• Influence and align other tools teams to converge on CI/regression methodologies.
• Collaborate with Architects and the Design & Verification team to ensure quality releases.
