Skydance in London is seeking a commercially driven UK Consumer Products lead to grow our licensee business and drive new partnerships across apparel, accessories and home.

You will own the Softlines UK strategy, lead local collaborations, manage budgets, and partner with retail and marketing teams to hit revenue targets. You’ll negotiate deals, forecast performance, and shape a two-year plan with senior stakeholders, delivering growth.

• You are an insightful and persuasive seller with strong negotiation skills.
• You are financially literate and able to read licensee financials and forecasts.
• You communicate clearly with internal and external partners.

• Deliver the Softlines UK Consumer Products Strategy.
