Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a seasoned facilities management leader for Old Market Centre. You will oversee Security, Housekeeping and Customer Services, driving continuous improvement, team development and cost-effective service delivery.

The role requires experience in retail facilities, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to HSE and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on, on-site position with responsibility for budgets and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience at management level.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of facilities management within a retail or leisure environment or running large retail teams.
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH, etc).
• Able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security, Housekeeping and Customer Services delivery across Old Market Centre.
• Drive environmental and community strategies within the teams.
• Ensure exceptional customer service delivery to enhance the customer experience at Old Market Shopping Centre.
• Total responsibility for facilities management services within the agreed annual budget.
• Monitor subcontractors’ SLAs and KPIs and liaise with the Regional Manager on budgets.
