Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) is seeking a Senior Social Worker for the Safeguarding Hub, in a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working. Salary £47,831–£52,414 plus a £3,000 retention bonus (eligibility applies).

Qualifications
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant post-qualification safeguarding experience.
- Ability to lead staff and partner organisations through safeguarding processes.
- Experience triaging safeguarding referrals.
- Understanding data requirements for performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Safeguarding Hub and supervise staff.
- Screen and triage new safeguarding referrals from partner agencies.
- Lead team performance and best practice in safeguarding.
- Chair meetings: Adult Safeguarding, Risk Frameworks, Best Interests.
- Provide guidance and case direction to wider social care staff.
