Caritas Recruitment Limited in Suffolk is seeking a Senior Social Worker to lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality social care services and collaborative practice with families, healthcare providers, and community organisations.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, supervise junior staff, and ensure compliance with legislation. Flexible working arrangements and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• Recognised social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Significant experience in social work, particularly in a statutory setting.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and risks.
• Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with clients and their families.
• Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and students.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines.
