These full-time, permanent roles offer a salary of £45,831 - £50,414 per annum, plus an annual retention bonus of £3,000, subject to eligibility.

The Community Team includes Social Care Practitioners, Senior Social Care Practitioners, Social Workers, and Senior Social Workers, led by the Service Manager. Responsibilities include managing referrals, conducting assessments, arranging care, safeguarding, and representing the Council at multi-disciplinary meetings.
