Qualifikationen

• Qualified social worker with registration in England.
• Significant post-qualifying experience in children's social care.
• Experience working with disabled children and families.
• Strong knowledge of legislation, safeguarding, and statutory guidance.
• Experience managing complex Child in Need/Child Protection/Children in Care cases.
• Ability to mentor and support less experienced colleagues.
• Excellent assessment, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with children, families and partners.
