Team/Specialism: Children with Disabilities

Salary: £44,628 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Main Duties:

1. Manage complex social work caseloads with high autonomy
2. Provide expert advice to colleagues and partners
3. Supervise 3-6 Social Workers, supporting caseload management and professional development
4. Use assessment and intervention frameworks effectively
5. Model professionalism and effective caseload management
6. Build internal and external networks to support practice

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Current Social Work England registration
• Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services
